The Biddle laboratory is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to investigate sediment omics across a time gradient, with combined metagenome, metatranscriptome and methylome analysis. The postdoc would be part of a research group funded by the Keck Foundation to investigate microbial epigenetics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in bioinformatics and coding.
